We are market research driven and invest in major markets characterized
by significant long-term growth potential and strong local real
estate conditions. Property types include investment grade,
general purpose, multi-tenanted, office/warehouse buildings
in established business parks; credit anchored community shopping
centers; class "A" apartments; well tenanted,
class A, suburban office properties; and on-campus medical
office properties. Loan size ranges from $10
to $100 million (larger for diversified portfolios), up to 75%
of value (80% on apartments). Properties meeting collateral
standards are financed at rates competitive with the market.
Loan terms range from 3 to 5 years ($10 - $25 million loans)
to 7 to 25 years ($10 million and larger). |
